E 500 4matic, MINI John Cooper Works

"rumbling" noise from airmatic E500 4matic

My car is making a rumbling or "fluddering" sound from the undercarriage - any comments or thoughts would be most appreciated - it is at all speeds and doesn't increase with speed - new tires haven't changed the sound at all -

Thoughts? - still under warranty - going to the dealer Monday but would like to be able to point them in proper direction
