I'm looking for some insight into what I should pay for a typically appointed '06 E350 4MATIC. I can see what the dealers want here in the northeast (low 30's), but what should I be paying, assuming it's CPO'd and has between 36-45k on it.

cpo'd at that milage, you should be able to get mid-high 20's. Mine was not CPO'd at a dealership and I was low 20's...

With that mileage and CPO's, I'd push for mid $20's as a safe medium.
