To buy or not to buy: Used E500?
I have come across a couple of E500s for sale for $5000-6000 of MSRP. However they have mileage ranging from 3000-5000 miles. I would like to get into one of these cars without the wait, considering they are both to my liking. What do you guys think?

If you're going to buy, I would be most concerned with the type of mileage a car has, meaning how gentle (or otherwise) the driver(s) were with them.
One way you might be able to tell is to check the mileage until the first service... which should be when the odometer is around 10K. If it is much less then that number, I would steer away from it!
However, leasing is another thing since the car would likely be under full warranty during the term. Then $5-6K+ off might be worth it.
