'07 E350 Side Markers

Has anyone purchased from the Ebay seller listed below? I just picked up my first Benz this afternoon, thank you very much, and I am looking to begin a light mod process. My formal intro with pics will be soon to follow. Thanks for any help!

Not sure about that seller. But some members on here have installed the side markers. You might want to search for there post as well as installation instructions. But be careful Pre 07 are shorter and install slightly different.

Thanks. I found the thread below but the Ebay link was unfortunately dead. The link I have posted is listed specifically for 07-08's so I think I should be ok. I just want to make sure I wasn't putting a crap product on a not-so-crap car.

That link works for me.
The seller that you linked to is the one I bought from in November (on other's recommendations) and is considered the "go to guy" for the markers.

+1 as the "go to guy"

I bought a set of smoked ones as well. I believe the seller is based in Taiwan. The lenses are VERY nice quality and come w/wedge bulbs. Would def buy again.

That is good to know. My car is white so I purchased the regular clear lenses. Would you guys suggest keeping with the "amber" bulbs behind the clear lenses or should I shop around and put clear in there? I'm afraid it would look to "ricey" but it could look nice as well.

The bulbs behind the oem amber lense is clear.
The seller (based in CA, lenses are from Taiwan) includes amber bulbs with the lenses.
Many feel that the amber bulbs give a "egg yolk" effect during the day, so they keep the clear bulbs in, as I do. However there is a legal issue with doing that. Another alternative are the silver coated bulbs that turn on as amber.

Edit: amdeutsh, you beat me to it on the bulb

These are on Ebay or where should I shop for these bulbs? I don't want the orange coming through, this was the whole point of getting the clear lenses.

I would just keep the original clear ones, that's what I've done. Nothing happens looks better IMO, matches my parking lights.

What is a reasonable time frame to get these in? I ordered the bulbs on the 15th and I am yet to receive them. How long did it take to get your bulbs?

I must sheepishly admit that I messed up on this one. Due to poor paypal programming, my product was sent to the wrong address. I have emailed back and forth with a rep from autolumination.com and they are working with me to get my bulbs to me. They are being super nice considering this is my fault.

Yup, finally got the bulbs last week. Lenses and bulbs will be installed sometime next week by the dealership as they have to fix some things for me that we agreed upon before purchase.

Just received clear side markers. Fit and finish look top notch. No instructions for install. Do the OEM just pry out with a screw driver? Any tips?
