Hey, n0n0tme, you Filipino mafia guy
, it looks like you had a flat star hood emblem before you made the switch to the new bumper and grille? It's hard to tell from the pic.(?)
I have a OEM '09 grille and upright star, I could have sold you cheap![Stick Out Tongue](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/tongue.gif)
I replaced my upright with DFWDude's classy flat white star and then bought an aftermarket '09 style grille but without the MB emblem on it. Heh, I'm "de-pimping" my car, LOL.
Anybody wanting to do the same as n0n0tme, maybe you want to buy my OEM grille just sitting in my garage(?) Local preferred so no shipping headaches, etc..

Nice Pare! If you want to go the cheapest route for now and save up for the E55/E63 mufflers with AMG tips, just find some nice Oval Tips. It will work just fine.

Yeah, I had the flat hood badge before the facelift. I decided to put back the standing star. It looked better with the standing than 2 flat badges.(on the grille and on the hood) It made the front end stand out more with the standing...Maybe I'll change my mind later and put back the flat badge...

[QUOTE=n0n0tme;3368161]I have a 2005 E500, but that shouldn't matter. Do a search on facelift there is a thread by nikkatine that shows the parts you need to get the coversion complete. Make sure to read the whole thread because I made come corrections towards the middle. PM me your email and I'll also send you an excel sheet with part # you need.

I am thinking about selling my front end bumper ( which is exactly the same as the pics above in this thread) if you are interested. The bumper at a dealer would be around 1000-1200, fog lights 300, cover panel for fogs 300, center lower grill 150, chrome moldings 160, and sidemarkers 100. That's about 2,010 dollars. I am willing to sell mine for MUCH less if you want it. All you would need to finish the install would be a tow hook eye cover ($40), washer door covers($80), radiator grill ($260 from dealer or 150 on ebay), and then the inside attachment parts (maybe $250 tops). I spent A LOT of money finishing mine.. if you're planning on doing the same, getting the front bumper with ALL the parts I have on it already would cut your cost down quite a bit. Let me know if you are interested.
