Potential new guy!

Hows it going everybody!

I'm looking into picking up a 2004-2005 E 500.

Wanted to get an idea on some mod's you guys do....

Im more than likely going to black it out, and run a BBS LM or a e63 wheel. I want to tuck (I'm a huge V dub/euro guy)

Whats the most popular way to lower the car, to get LOW? (coils?)

What exhaust is good on this car? (straight pipe, eisnhauss?)

What does a painted e55 amg body kit run?

Thanks guys and I'm excited to see some cool cars and get some idea's.

I'm actually coming from a 260+ MINI cooper, Thought I'd post a pic (its for sale btw!)

Nice Mini! Love the O'l Skool wheels.

If I am not mistaken, the E500 comes with Airmatic, so you need to lower with a lowering module. Most can be purchased from forum vendors.

If you get a vehicle with a conventional suspension (coils & struts), there are several choices: H&R, Eibach etc. I beleive H&R makes a Coilover for these cars, at least they do for my 07 E350.
