Adding a NAV unit
I recently purchased a 2005 E320. It has the Command display in the dash but it didn't come with the Navigation drive in the trunk. The MB dealer says that they can install the NAV kit for about $1400. Does anyone know the MB part number so that I can look for one on e-Bay? Also, if I install it myself (the mechanical installation is very simple as the harness is already in place), will it work and/or must I go to the dealer to get the system to recognize it?
