Good info. I see you have the Bluetec. After doing your research, why might I ask that you decided on the Kleeman? Did you notice a big change in the demeanor of the vehicle and how big of a grin did it put on your face compared to stock vehicle?
I've got an 05 cdi and am very interested in doing same. Looking for info and opinions. Thanks!!!
1. My dealer sold it to me (so if there were warranty issues I was in the clear). MB-USA stated that any issue linked to the BullyBox would NOT be covered. Their website claims it won't void the warranty, but MBUSA says it will void the warranty on the parts affected by the Bullybox. The Brabus was more money.
2. Installation was plug in play -- the dealer did it in less than an hour, and I had gotten great evaluations of product from others.
3. A lot of members here have it, and reported it was a great product.
All in all quite happy.

This is already a DIESEL engine that makes more than one horsepower per cubic inch.
There aren't any backyard mechanics that can do better.
Kleemann at least have some engineering/electronics knowledge, but you DON'T need "exhaust and air intake."
I am definitely not going for the 2010 or 2011 Bluetec model whenever it comes out. I'll keep my 07 rocket ship. Even the Brabus D6 tuner is designed for the 07/08 version. You will have to lookout for a new chip or mod for the 09.
This system, together with run flat tires, will be added to the 2010 E350 Bluetec which will appear in March, 2010.
Their margin has got to be about 90% but who cares?
