Anyone has lease return inpsection done lately?

Anyone has lease return inpsection done lately?
Hi all,

I scheduled a lease return inspection next week with the thrid party company refered by MB Finanical. Does anyone know that they will check the tire tread life? Because my front tire has around 35% tread life left. Will they ask me to replace a new one before i return the car? Anyone has done that before?

I had one done recently...they don't care about tire tread.....they only care for reallyy bad curb damage to the rims and dents/scratches bigger than a credit card....the guy that did the lease inspection clearly told me they do not care about tire tread.
