What's the name of the post that holds the oilfilter?

Red face What's the name of the post that holds the oilfilter?
I accidentally broke that post that holds the oilfilter while doing an oil change.
I need to replace it ASAP. Anyone know the part number and the name of that thing? Do I have to change out the oilfilter cap at the same time?
How much does the thing cost?

part# 1121800510 will fit either E500 or E320 (according to the Russion EPC site).

You can order from the folks at Mercedes of Annapolis .. they have good prices or try parts.com .. enter the part number and see what their price is ..

That's the offical name - "Oil Filter" - A1121800710 is the current part number assuming you have a W211.

Looks like it's part of a larger kit - see attached.

Forgot .. if you search parts.com go to search by OEM part # and leave the first letter off the part number when searching ..
