Question on Mute button

Hey guys, does the mute button mute the phone, or just the radio. I assumed it muted my voice while on the integrated phone but almost learned the hard way yesterday that it doen't work. I was on a conference call and hit the mute button so no one would hear me. Luckily I didn't say anything damaging!!

I got a question for you, don't you find a little odd that on our cars, there is no control for the fan speed for the rear passenger
A/C. What is the porpouse of the rear vents since they only blow cool air and if the day is very hot you can not raise the fan speed?

On the Australian spec cars fitted with phone and Audio 50, when you're using the phone, a little sub-menu is displayed on the screen (Mic Off) where you push the button next to it to mute the Mic.

This doesn't mute the speakers though. You can still hear the other party talking, but they can't hear you.

I'm sure there's a similar setup for the Audio 20, though I'm not 100% about it.

No, to turn off the microphone you use the "mic off" soft switch that is displaeyd when the screen is in phone mode .
