Earliest I would recommend is Q6460232 version 7.0 released 1/08 (current version released 11/08) to avoid routing errors due to HOV lanes.

The list below contains city areas where this type of error may occur:

Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Connecticut, Dallas, Denver, Eastern New York, Honolulu, Houston, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis, Mississauga ON, Montreal QC, Nashville, New Orleans, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Sacramento, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Seattle, Southern California Area, Toronto ON, Vancouver BC, Virginia Beach, Washington DC-Baltimore.

Version 8

I just bought my 06 E320 CDI last month and didn't have a Nav DVD. I purchased the latest version at the Dealership in case there was a problem with updates. I paid about $250 but it works great. I live in the Austin, Tx area and it has the new Toll roads on there. Also, I took a 3,050 road trip and had no problems in any of the states I visited(New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona)

Mod's on your CDI?

Have you done any CPU modifications on your CDI? I thinking about getting a chip/cpu for it and there are so many different ones. ANYONE with input? Thanks!

Yes - I would recommend a new one.

Even new ones are "outdated" when you get them, but they are better than old ones.
