in not to sure but you may not have the unit installed in the trunk...i would take the car back to the dealer and have them take a look at it and if they say it doesn't have it tell them to install it thats what you paid for.......mines says please insert navi disc when i take it out and press the nav button
How do you know it has NAV? Were you told by the stealer? Or did you just assume this because of the button labeling?
He's right. The in dash unit is NOT the nav. It is a head unit with a large screen that is capable of selecting different things to display when the button is pressed IF the item is installed in the car. If your car has NAV is is located in the left side rear fender trunk liner, accessable thru a door in the liner. Not in the dash.
In your case, "Unavailable" means broken or not installed.
