I'm having to replace the front bumper and driver side lights and would like to replace the passenger side headlight lense while the bumper is off. Is this an aftermarket or dealer item, is this even possible to do?

I don't think they sell just the lenses. I'm pretty sure you would have to purchase the whole headlight assembly. OR you can buy a headlight assembly used(E.g. I am selling 07+ w211 facelifted headlights with broken tabs) and use the oven/another heat source to melt the glue that holds the headlight lenses and swap them with the ones on your vehicle(You can get a shop to do it if you are too lazy).
