Will the dealer program?

I just replaced my headlamps with OEM Bi-Xenons. Now, I'm wondering if the dealer will program the computer, or it will make a big deal out of it.
Do they have a right not to program it? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Where have you programmed it?
I am in Southern California.

Where did you get the headlights? What model Benz do you have? Who installed them for you? Thanks.

E500. I got it from Europe. D2 technik installed it.

I'm really pissed I didn't factory order them... Dealer never told me they couldn't be installed aftermarket... I'd be interested in the german website if you get a chance, also how you make out with the dealer. What has to be programmed? Thanks again.

I was pissed too. One would expect for it to be standard on $60K car, specially when it's standard on $25k Acuras.
I will keep you posted as soon as I get mine 100% complete.
