Cool Headlight Conversion....HELP!!!!

Whats up folks...im looking to convert the head lamps on my 05 E500...i was told i can use the front lense from the 07+ w212's that way everything plugs back up and i will still have the leveling feature.....


Can someone post info and or a DIY link.......THANK IN ADVANCE

I posted something awhile back about it. You will need to purchase the reapiar kit from the dealer which will give you the new harnesses and plugs and just splice them and plug in. there is a total of 5 wires (signal,hi beam,low beam, driving lights and i believe ground) something like that and everything else is plug and play. will take you about 2hrs total. Good Luck

the 07 lights i have are the non xexon lights thats why i wanted to do the lense conversion

you want to replace your HID housings with non-HID housings?

W212s are MY10+ and not MY07+

If you don't have BIX then you will not have self leveling and just by changing headlamps you will not get this without additional parts.

Please search some more since this has been addressed previously.

this link has pics of my friends E55 and he had his stock head light taken apart and had the front lense for an 07 n up head light put on..that way everything plugs back up and still has self leveling...i jus cant get incontact with the guy that did it...so i seek help here..which some folks make seem like a bad idea

can you please tell me if your conversion was for xenon oem???

hi did u manage to convert your headlights on your w211 if so were your ones oem xenons?
