I received a J.D. Powers & Associates survey re: 2003 E-500. I've filled it out and sent it back in already.
I beefed the cupholders and air-conditioning air flow direction setting dials. I praised the heated seats, the drive-dynamic seats, the braking system, most of the interior, and the exterior styling.
I did mention my tele-aid/SRS dual malfunction from a few months back.
Anyone else get one?
