I have read about folks with the CDI (or other diesels) using the “Power Service” (I think) cetane booster. I’m going to give this a try, providing no one on here can point to any problem with using such an additive in these cars. What are your thoughts?

I am still having EGR surge issues (no CEL yet! Still!) so my main concern is that this additive will not increase this problem or cause additional undue harm. Any thoughts to this?

I’ll be heading for a long road trip this weekend and will add it when I fill up pre-trip, barring board approval of the product first
