Torque settings for guide pulley ?

HI. Going to replace the guide pulleys for the poly v belt on my 211.026 with 648 diesel engine. I can't find the torque( in nm) for the screw that holds the pulley on. Thanks for any help? Went into AllData and got some, but not all of what I need.

I asked my MB mechanic friend and he said when they're not sure, they use the universal German torque spec of "Guetenteit"
