What Is A "Large Torque Bushing" Problem
Toom 2004 E320W in for service today, Needed Service B at 40K miles, rear rotors & SA said there's a problem with the large torque bushing but we could probably wait on that.
Giving this car to my husband as I got a 2010 GLK350 (our Infiniti was totaled in car accident) so also having it detailed & having the Bluetooth V60 cradle adaptor installed so already spending a pretty penny & was not exoecting the close to $600 cost for rear rotors on top of the other items.
SA said torque bushing repair is $520. What is this & can it really wait?

I assume they are talking about replacing the hydro-mount torque strut bushings installed at production that can deform over time with modified solid rubber bushings. Normally a knocking noise is heard while parking or steering wheel twitch felt during slow speed brake applications indicating failure.
