might be a dumb question.
k guys my moms 2003 e500 front right suspension just got f'ed up this weekend. it looks like its lowered. the airbag suspension is kapoot, 101% sure. my question, is there a TSB for this..?

ok. thanks for the info. sorry for starting a whole new thread. mmmh... is this an easy diy? or we need a star diag for this? also im wondering how could this happen? my mom is a typical asian lady driver that doesnt really care.. so poor car.. scratches here and there.. anyways im clueless how it just failed.. i could only think of 2 things.. it might be the heat??? making the bag crispy so it popped??? or too much curb crashing..? lmao..

It's common. You have to think of the air suspension just as a regular suspension, it wears out. The only difference is the parts cost a lot more. Do a search and you can see how it happens quite often.
