https://mbworld.org/forums/3294991-post83.html open FSS 04maint, in addition although not listed I recommend changing the ATF. View 05-08 sheet MB recommends ATF change once @ 39000, 09 MB recommends every 40000 therefore it would be safe to assume change the ATF every 40000.

1) Slip the SA at the dealer $20 have him/her run the VIN. Hopefully the PO had done at least a few services.
2) Go to a good Indy and have them do a PPI. Then you'll know where you stand in respect to condition and what might be coming up.
3) After numbers 1 and 2, get what needs to be done, done. The car appreciates good maintenance.
