I bought a refurbished 10 spoke 16" wheel from a Cal company about a month ago for $169 delivered to my door (UPS ground). Quality was good. Slight orange peel but it would take a third look to notice. The used ones from private individuals on e- bay were $65 to $ 100 and most had plenty of curb rash.
If you are interested, I can probably find the source. I made a pretty thorough search before the purchase.

Maybe some of this will help. I think you may be able to bring up the original auction with the item#? Sorry, I paid with pay pal so I really don't know where the money went.
