purchase advice or 2005 e320 4matic
i am thinking of purchasing a 2005 e320 4matic with 60,000 miles. the car has a 3rd party extended warranty and is in great shape. the seller is firm at 20k. I offered 19 but they wont budge.
Trade in value is 18 and private part is 20.8.
Car has service history at the dealer and is really in great shape - excellent condition with no body work. Should i sit tight and see if they call back? what would be a good price for this car?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If you like the car, and it meets all of your other "Buy It" criteria, there's no difference between 19k & 20k... If you're willing to walk, offer 19.5 as your final take it or leave it offer, or give them the 20 & ask for a brake job if it needs it or a 1st free service. The service is worth retail money to you but is only wholesale money to the dealer.
