Body kits and Headlamp washers

I just noticed a few E's with Brabus body kits that have a piece missing on the front bumper where the headlamp washer module should be.

Would one have to make sure they had the headlamp washer before adding a body kit in order for the car to look "complete" and not ghetto?

Ok i got a reply from brabus and they said that all their kits come with the headlamp washer cutouts and all I needed was to get the plugs from my dealer.

How much did you pay for the Kit and Rims? Also what was the cost for the paint job

No, that's not my car. I know the list prices for brabus full body kit is $4095. Installation/painting should be around $1700. This is from brabus themselves.
