New Bi-Xenon putting off "yellowish" color

I have a 2003 with Bi-Xenon headlamps. Recently one of the headlamp assemblies was replaced and I noticed the light from the new headlamp is not the same color as the prior one. Both left/right headlamps used to be a "bright white/blue" color, and now the new lamp puts off a yellowish color. Dealer tells me it needs "burn-in" time. I have had both headlamp assemblies replaced previously and do not remember any burn-in time. I have noticed online pictures of advertised vehicles with Xenon headlamps and some appear to put off a the same yellowish light and other a bright white/blue color. Is there some difference between certain headlamp assemblies/bulbs? Is there a difference between standard Xenon and Bi-Xenon headlamps that would cause a difference (thinking that maybe they put the wrong headlamp assembly in)? Is there really such thing as "burn-in" and if so, how long does it take?

There is a color difference for the first 100 hours when comparing new bulbs with those that have been service for some time. Once the breaking-in period has passed, the color resembles the older bulb.
