Audio system aux input?

Is it possible to connect an MP3 player to the Audio 50 system via an auxiliary input? I have an Apple iPod that I want to play through the vehicle audio system via a direct connection instead of a cassette adapter or RF coupler. Any suggestions welcome as the dealer can't help.

Hi, norbury. I think I read somewhere that we can't play MP3's on our system, but I don't know if there is an auxiliary way to do it or not. I really just wanted to welcome you to our board! It's good to have you with us!

Yes, that's what I am trying to find out. Does the Audio 50 system have an auxiliary input? It's not mentioned in the user manual.

Auxillary Input

I believe it is a feature included with Command equipped cars only. My previous CLK55 had the jack inside the glove box. I have the DVD Nav preordered. If it ever gets installed, I doubt they'll install a jack in the glove box but you never know.
