NAV question
A friend of mine has an 06' E350 4-matic wagon.. He has the COMAND head unit, which I believe was standard in that car, but does not have NAV. He would like to know what he would need to buy in addition to the DVD drive listed here:

Is there a GPS antenna which also has to be mounted on top? Thanks for your help...

GPS antenna is already there.
Adding NAV involves a "T" to existing antenna connectors.
The phone antenna is called "dual band" and also serves as GPS antenna. Beginning 2007, the antenna became "triband," as it additionally served as SAT radio antenna. You have a phone antenna because you have (had) teleaid.
