Sirius/XM radio E320 2003
My wife has 2003 E320 and has expressed an interest in having XM radio in the car. She bought it used in 2005 and Nav/Sat are disabled.
What is involved in adding XM to this car no wires showing of course.

Do not think that the OEM unit can be retrofitted. Best consider an aftermarket Sat radio and you will have some wires showing
