Please Help! Command Unit not Working
Hey benz family I have a problem. I have a 2004 E320 and all of a sudden its not working.
I turn the the car on, then press the power button on the command unit. The mercedes logo comes and the turns off after a few minutes. The radio never comes on.
When I press the button to open where the 6 cd changer is the panel does not open.
Is there a reset. It seems like the radio wants to come on but doesnt. Please help.

On the SAM (fuse panel on left side of the trunk) I believe you need to pull fuse 6 (do a search). Otherwise, your AGW (Audio Gatweway) unit may need replacement, I already replaced mine once.
