Windshield washer spray doesn't work..help please.

I have a w211 e320. I thought my washer fluid was low so I tried to top it off. No fluid indicator light also. End up, it was already still full so I tried to turn on the washer but no go. I open the door and dont seem to hear the pump either.

Is there a fuse to this pump? I don't see it anywhere in the fuse chart.
Or do I have to replace the pump?

Help please...sorta clueless right now..instruction sheet? cost?

Thanks!

Do the lights have to be on first?

It could be the pump, but If you hear the pump working, then it could be the actual spray nozzle. My driver side wouldn't spray but the passenger would. Come to find out the nozzle's themselves have built in heaters and sometimes the heater will melt the inside of the nozzle. If you hear the pump working, and you know the line is clean, then it's probably a melted nozzle. This is what Mercedes told me was wrong with mine. $149 to replace the nozzle. I told them don't worry about it. Haha.
