Bluetooth: itronics, mObridge, how about Dension?
I've seen quite a few posts about adding bluetooth to w211 using either itronics or mObridge solutions. But I'd seen no mentioning of Dension icelink Gateway 500 + bluetooth module among the MB drivers. I'm wondering why that's the case. There are lots discussions among Audi, Porsche and BMW forums. But the Dension unit supposed to work with the MOST system in Mercedes, too.
To me, the Dension solution sounds more attractive because you can add additional audio and video sources to be shown on the COMAND display in addition to the bluetooth integration. The only time I see Gateway 500 mentioned here was when people trying to integration ipod. But that's just one application of the Gateway 500. Has anyone had experience, or knowledge about the Gateway 500 + bluetooth setup?
