1st of all, I'd go with an 04 over an 03. Generally, 03 was a very bad year for this car:

1. The E320 comes with a conventional spring setup. You can get an 04 E320 with appearance package (which i have) which will include airmatic which would need to be adjusted with either links, SDS, or a module. All E500's come with airmatic.

2. lol, it's hard to resist something when it's love at 1st sight that's how it was when i saw my car at the dealership

3. they would have to replace the whole roof. i'm sure it can be done. the only gripe i have with pano is sometimes it creaks, needs to be lubricated. you should get an extended warranty on that crazy g/f as it will give u problems down the line

4. i haven't heard of any problems with the 4matic per se.

All jokes aside, welcome to the forum my friend. Let us know if you need anything else. Also, do some searches on topics you might have questions on, there is a lot of great info down here.

W211 E55 AMG For around mid $$20's ...yeah i know its a V8, but if you are looking at the E500 which is probably in the low $20's or even mid then the E55 is the way to go and it will no disappoint you, but at the end it all depends on what your needs are..good luck finding the right one.!!

Unless you've budgeted 1000-1500 per year in repairs, I'd stay away from an early W211.
