Hey guys, thanks Konigstiger for the quick reply and instructions. But I was wondering on what I can tell my local dealership to remove the cd changer with sds. I asked one dealership and they just couldnt figure out what I wanted to do that. thanks in advance and have a great july fourth weekend!

I've been wanting to remove my changer and replace with the factory storage cubby. When I attempted it, I think I learned that you can't just remove the CD changer and be done with it. Removing the changer itself, breaks the fiber optic signal chain in the MOST ring. This disables all of the other compnents in the ring.
My understanding is that the the fiber optic chain must be rerouted so that the 'ring' makes a circle again.
It's not really complicated, but I couldn't figure out exactly how to do it when I tried. I'll revisit the issue one day.
