w211 e240 conversion to E63
Hello all,
My car is now at the workshop ready to be converted to an e63, one issue though. When I got the e63 rear bumper from the dealer Igot the rear bumper uncut for the exhausts and also included was the black panel sticker/diffuser to be stuck on the rear bumper.
My question is, does the rear bumper comes uncut already from the dealer for us to cut the bumper and stick the black panel on it? or not?
I'd appreciate any input from all who have done or have information about such conversions.

Yes, it was an E63 bumper but without the cutout. I visited the technician at the dealers and he told me that some rear bumpers come uncut.
Anyways, the workshop that's working on my car said he'll fix it.

Can you post a picture of the bumper they sent you? I ordered my E63 rear bumper from the dealer and it came ready to paint/install. I don't think it's a matter of adding "exhaust cut outs". You might want to verify the part number ordered versus received. GL
