Does your radio mute when receiving call?
I am sure the radio should mute when receiving a call on the V60. I've had the dealer look at this 3 times when the car was in for various things. Do they check things out before they release it back to the owner. Twice, upon getting the car back the phone didn't work at all! Another time, I start the car and the old tele-aid malfunction comes on. It seems like anytime they touch tele-aid / phone it makes things worse.

Mine mutes when it works correctly. I am currently trying to get the communications gateway and platform replaced. I have had this done once and the system is still throwing errors. The tele-aid malfunction only shows up once, but if you take it in to the dealer and they put it on the computer, they show all kinds of codes / problems. This is a known problem and the parts must be replaced to resolve it. Good luck!

My integrated Nokia 6310i phone (supplied factory-fitted with the car) works very well. An incoming call plays a musical signal that immediately mutes the audio (CD or radio). The audio remains muted during pickup and for the duration of the call (if playing a CD it automatically pauses). When you hang up the system resumes playing the CD or radio and un-mutes the audio.
