New Rims issues
Ok i got some new rims recently but only just got it on today because it wouldnt clear the big bad nut on the front hub So had the wheel machined etc to suit. Good thing is i dont need a locator ring now but bad thing is the machinist wasnt that gentle and put some little hair line scratches.
Anyways i put the tyres on 245 35 20 and the rear is sweet, front however due to the height i had it at wants to rip the guards off on just partial turn
Also the fronts need a 5mm spacer to clear the calipers.
Rims are Lenso front 20x9 and 35 offset , rear 20x10 and 38 offset.
Am getting a rear camber adjustment kit to flush out the rear a little more.
But for the fronts i need to decide what to do I have some 235 30 20 that i will try before having a go at rolling the guards but can how bad will it be with 245 35 rear and 235 30 fronts ? supposed to be about 2.7% difference between the two, i dont have 4 matic but just wondering about look etc. Am just trying to not have to fork out on some 245/30/20, these seem like the best tyre. Also does anyone know what exactly is involved in rolling the fronts? Is it hard to do myself ?
oh and if i dont have any luck with these i will probably have a got at fitting these , 10inch front and back !!

My front is a 20x9 +20. I'm running a 235/30 tire so that I don't rub. No rubbing during normal driving. If I make a U-turn, I may rub a little if I don't turn the steering wheel full lock.
Edit: I did have my fenders shaved and pulled slightly. W211 front fenders don't like to be rolled. Make sure your shop heats up the fender properly before rolling, or else you will crack your paint.

yeah so front to back you have a 2.8% difference.
If i keep the 245/35-20 on the rear i will get a 4.7% difference to the front
I assume the speed sensor is off the rear diff yeah ? I also hope it doesnt muck up the abs too much.
I probably will end up going for 245/30-20 in the rear if i can get it to stretch on to the 10inch rim. tyre guys already refused to do a 235/30-20 for me on the 10 (was using for fronts on a different setup).
haha nice call. I hope they do suit the car cause i already have 4 sets of wheels now for this car (2x20s, 1x19s and 1x17-original).
Hopefully sell something off soon.

Got the wheels on but less center caps. Keeps falling off
Need to also sus out a rear camber kit (on the way) and reduce the height in the rear a little with shorter tyres, its got the 245/35's on the rear.
