how to remove chrome strip around foglights

just as the title says. i want to black out the horizontal likes

You will need to remove fog lights requiring removal of lower engine panel. If you want WIS PM email address.

another thing i hate is when you turn the steering wheel the one fog lamp turns on

ouch thats a lot of work, I was thinking about replacing this trim with the ones on the non-sport models.

Cuz, it's NOT really alot of work. The most time will be consumed with removing the 8 or so screws that attach the lower engine panel.
