Above are just the materials used to begin the creation of a D2FORGED wheel. Here at D2 we utilize very strenuous finishing processes which result in a luxurious and durable finish backed with a year warranty.
Our final assembly process places emphasis on perfection where each wheel is assembled fully by hand with specific torque settings applied to each fastener. A set of wheels are inspected a total of three times before leaving our facility.
In the quest to obtain total customer satisfaction each set of wheels come with a seal of authenticity which is a sequence of numbers applied to each order, almost like a Vin number on a car.
Sorry for the long reply but for those who are now being introduced to the D2FORGED brand, we think it's very important that they know what they are buying into.
There are many brands of wheels to choose from, because D2FORGED offers such a well built product, when comparing to another well made wheel with a similar price point, the only determining factor remaining would be your choice of design.
