Lots of road noise..

I have a 08 Sport E350 with about 35k on it. Has anyone with similar model/year having road noise issues? and also, I'm starting to feel the road a lot more now... I know it's sport model, with a slightly lowered suspension, but i don't recall any of these when i first got it. Could a bad suspension cause all this?

Had the same issue. Replaced tires several times. Turns out it was several bad motor mounts and also the tranny mounts. Hard to believe it would result in tire/road noise but it made a huge difference. Perhaps you can have a mechanic take a look at it.

Many times it is the tires themselves that are the cause. See if the noise changes with the road surface. Most likely the tires are feathered.

I am having the same issue. My camber was a little negative which caused the inside of the tire to wear faster. The front tires are noisier now because of it. I am getting the camber bolts installed so it should fix the excess wear. Have you measured your front tread with a gauge?
