White smoke at WOT?

whats up with the white smoke at WOT? maybe see a little at cold start-up in the morning.
on the interstate is when i notice it. not just once, but each time i go WOT. doesnt do it at anything less than wide open. i was actually driving behind my own car and tested this out.

I had it in my 2--4 E500... No one ever found a cause for it.. never lost coolant, never had any fluid contamination anywhere. The smoke was so thick if I pushed the car, no following car ever came out of the smoke because I was long gone!
Not a great thing to have on the car, but as I said, no one ever came up with a cause or cure.
