What option is this ?

Hi all,
Just wondering what option is this on the left of the gear shifter ? I know parktronics is to the lower right side - just wondering if this is an aftermarket thing installed

Here is the Distronic screen....The car in front of you will move in and out on the screen based on it's distance. The wheel on the center console sets how far apart you want distronic to keep you from the car in front of you. It's an awesome option especially on long drives. Especially when your cruising up into the mountains with variable speeds constantly changing.
