Been looking for AMG wheels, in several styles, 5 spoke type III and the grey 5 spoke e63 type etc. even considered chrome to spruce up the silver car. I have a 2007 e550 4matic, ANYONE know where I can get wheels for it ?? Trying really hard and I have spring fever to take the 20 spoke sport wheels off of it but I cannot find anyone that has them in stock, real or replica for that matter.

Chrome was never OEM on these. Chroming also weakens wheels.

Not OEM with my car you mean or with the wheels cos when i verified the part number with my dealer he claimed it to be legit (chrome) so was he screwing with me or...........

1) Yup he was
2) All you probably gave him was the PN. Look at that PN and then mine. How could 2 different finishes carry the same PN?
3) Look at pricing on the web and you got another clue regarding OEM stealership versus real pricing.
4) Trying to claim a stealership given new price when trying to justify selling used will always get you comments on MBW.

3) I feel you on stealership pricing but the only other place i found these wheels was LA wheels where they sell new for ~800 but to get that price you have to ship them your old wheels as well (exact same wheel). I know one of the fronts surfaced on ebay a while back with a decent bit of curb rash and even that sold for $350. the offset from LA wheels was slighly different though.

4) I never did say though that my price was firm.

I must say though that i'd find it surprising if new car buyers couldn't buy their mercedes with chrome wheels. I saw chrome wheels on S classes and SL classes quite often so idk. Either way, i'm still open to offers

Receive full price offers daily as long as I'm willing to throw in free wheel and tire insurance to cover curbage and pothole damage for 4 yrs. Now let me see; what do stealerships charge for that?
