Activated Charcoal Filter Part

Okay, so I was looking to buy activated charcoal filter and dust filter for my 04 E500. However, after searching few sites I found several different prices.

The part number I was looking for is: 2118300818 and 2118300018

There're also several different other brands so the price might varies. So far, the cheapest one is NPN for charcoal and dust filter. So does anyone here ever order NPN for their W211 charcoal/dust filter replacement?
