Is this a good deal

I came across a Blk/Blk 2008 Mercedes E350 4matic with 24K miles. It has P01 package, ipod etc. The paint is clean but couple rims have dents. The price is $30,500. He purchased it in February 2008, so warranty is valid until 2/2012. My first MB so any help is greatly appreciated.

I assume it's CPO? If so, it looks to be pretty much in line with most I've seen listed.

I would say minus $2k to $3k without the CPO extended warranty. Get it inspected and look up service history at the dealer.

If it IS a CPO, that is a good deal...(Depending where you're located).

Is that the OTD price??

It's not a CPO, from a private seller, and the price is not OTD (sales tax is 6%) . Yes, I will get it inspected but I doubt if the owner would be willing to sell for 28K. I live outside philadelphia. Thanks and will keep you posted.
