replacing brake lines to SS

Just heard from the dealer on the labor costs to replace the brake lines, $460 + another $215 for a brake fluid flush. Whoa that's alot for just labor. I've done this before on my BMWs, its abit messy job and why I'm consider having dealer do the work. But $460 is way too much. I'm figuring the effort is about 30 minutes a wheel, then do the flush. Yes I know about the SBC system. Have I missed some other complexity that would justify that costs?

Shops have book rates for certain jobs (brake flush = 1 hr even if it takes 20 minutes)

Sound like you're getting quoted a book rate at $150/hr or something like that
