Mystery Clunk in Right Front End

When I turn my 03 E-320's steering wheel to the right when at a slow speed, I hear a subtle clunk. It is not during braking. Two suspension places said my suspension is perfect and can't figure it out. The sound has been there about a month now and is NOT getting worse. Any Ideas?

End link issue. Maybe. I know mine is. It leaked fluid about 2 years ago and I haven't replaced yet. I will this spring though, it is annoying the **** out of me now.

Had same problem on left side. When you go over small bump or when get from or on driveway will do that. Was really bad when I turn the engine off and move steering wheel left or right when is in middle position. Dealer end up putting new steering rack under warranty.
