When you do search, search for service A because they only do A and B now. The old C is now an A service but look for the W211 service sheet to see what work is recommended with your car's mileage.

Service A, B, C etc stand for the number of approx. hours it will take to complete the service, not specifically what needs to be done. Mileage, and time will determine what needs to be done for you W211. You can find the maintenance schedule at MBUSA. For instance, every 2 years the brake fluid needs to be flushed, but an airfilter is based on Mileage not age.
