hello everyone. this is my first ever post and i will hopefully become the owner of a mercedes very soon. im going to view and maybe buy a mercedes e class 270 cdi from 2002. i have read some excellent reviews on these cars and they are very reliable from what ive heard so far. when buying a car like this i would want to make sure its problem free and in good condition. when i studied the pictures it looks very much the case but i would like to know what other things i should look out for apart from the usual signs. i would also like to know about possible faults with this car and what i need to do to look for them to make sure i dont have one.

You may want to ask the question in W210 forum. The W211 is from MY 03-09 so not sure if anyone here can respond.
