E55 exhaust and valence on E500?

E55 exhaust and valence on E500?
I'm brand new to Mercedes so excuse my questions. I just bought a '05 E500 and want to give it a sportier look. I love the E55 dual exhaust. Is this a direct swap? If so, is a new rear bumper required or is there simply an aftermarket valence I can install to allow for the tips? Is there any performance gain?

One can retro fit the AMG E55 bumpers and exhaust to a 211 E500.
If the 500 has the SPORT option the rear bumper has a line on the inside of the rear bumper for the exhaust cutouts.Then change the lower valance cover

E500 AMG Exhaust Installation
I put the AMG Exhaust on my E500. Had the tubes customized for my car with resonator delete and X-pipe installed (much better flow and picked up some gas mileage). Just did the cut outs on my stock bumper for now until I get around to changing out the bumper covers. Can give you a great referal in So Cal for the exhaust work if your interested.
